Career and Academic Opportunities

Integrated Health Science majors complete courses in healthcare policy, economics of healthcare, health information technology, and healthcare innovation. They have strong communication, critical thinking, and interprofessional collaboration skills. The Exercise Science program provides a valuable opportunity for IHS majors to apply and enhance these skills as they relate to kinesiology and applied exercise science. Graduates of the this pathway will be able to use these skills in a variety of health care areas, such as cardiac rehabilitation, health coaching, exercise physiology, and patient education.
