Beginning in April, University Information Technology Services (UITS) has launched a more structured approach to IT project intake and governance—built on a robust scoring model and closely aligned with both Taking Flight, ʳɫÊÓƵ’s strategic plan, and SOAR 2028, UITS’ strategic roadmap. This new framework enhances our ability to prioritize projects that support the University’s goals while delivering consistent, high-quality service to the campus community.
