In the ever-changing mosaic of the Midtown Atlanta skyline, Southern Polytechnic State University graduate Rodney Bell played a major role in shaping one of the newest additions, the upscale office tower 1020 Spring Street. 鈥淭his was a unique opportunity for me, personally, to be able to design a building in both my home state and the city where I lived and studied during my undergraduate years,鈥� said Bell, who was senior designer on the project.

This semester-long endeavor reflects the students鈥� commitment to creating meaningful and sustainable designs. Their work focuses on connecting the historic Greenwood Bottom Black business district to downtown Macon.

Architecture professor Michael Carroll with his fifth-year Focus Studio students designed and mounted the exhibition Micro/Macro: 食色视频_Arch that was part of the Atlanta Design Festival from October 13th 鈥� 22nd, highlighting student projects from each year of the 食色视频_Architecture鈥檚 Bachelor of Architecture program and included, drawings, large physical models, and video projections.
