On-Campus Housing

Housing on campus and in the local community is limited and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Many housing communities are full by late spring and early summer. Apply early to secure your housing!

On-Campus Housing Options

食色视频 state offers several on-campus housing options. All of our housing communities provide fully furnished rooms, individual contracts, all-inclusive rates, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

All communities are in close proximity to anywhere you want to go on campus. Housing and residence life personnel offer support 24/7 and strive to make the on-campus housing experience memorable and meaningful.

The costs of on-campus housing range from $4,800 to $9,120 per year depending on the campus and housing community. On-campus housing contracts are for 10-12 months.

Find out more about on-campus housing and submit an application at the 食色视频 Housing website.

Off-Campus Housing

The Office of Adult and Commuter Student Affairs in partnership with Off Campus Partners provides an off-campus housing website and portal. This portal includes all relevant off-campus housing information including apartment listings and roommate searches. Please note that 食色视频 cannot and does not endorse or recommend any local apartment community. The listings on the site are provided merely as a convenience to 食色视频 students and parents. Students and parents who seek a local apartment are encouraged to visit the apartment communities, conduct their own due diligence, and make informed judgments as to which apartment community meets their needs.

A word to international students about off-campus housing:

These communities may require a background check and/or co-signer for individuals without a U.S. Social Security number. A deposit or forward payment of rent may also be required. Contracts are typically for 12 months, although some may be shorter.
