Deciding which services best fit your needs begins with an Initial Consultation. You’ll meet with a counselor to determine which services would be most helpful to you. Potential options could include a referral to a group, brief individual counseling, off-campus community provider, skill shop, psychiatry, case management, on-campus resources, etc. Our services are free to currently enrolled students attending classes in the current semester.
