Graduate Student Success Centers

Graduate students on both campuses have designated spaces that cater to their diverse needs and offer a serene environment for studying, group projects, brainstorming sessions, and workshops.

A current Talon Card is required for entry to the Student Success Center on ʳɫÊÓƵ campus.

Graduate Catalog

The ʳɫÊÓƵ Catalog contains important information and is the official source of the university’s academic programs, courses, and policies. The Catalog should be used as a guide, in conjunction with an academic advisor and DegreeWorks, in planning a course of study and in meeting requirements for graduation. 

ʳɫÊÓƵ Libraries and Writing Center

Mastering your graduate research process is a crucial part of your academic success. As a graduate student, you have unique resources available to make your research exciting and simplified. The ʳɫÊÓƵ Library System gives graduate students special borrowing privileges, one-on-one research consultations, in-depth research guides, and more on both the ʳɫÊÓƵ and Marietta campuses. 

The ʳɫÊÓƵ Writing Center partners with the Graduate College to provide specialized writing coaches for graduate student writers.

Scholarship and Financial Aid Information for Graduate Students

  • In the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid, we aim to connect incoming students with opportunities to enhance their education. No matter where you are in the scholarship process, we have resources available to walk you through each step of the way.
  • The Office of National and International Scholarships and Fellowships (ONISF) helps ʳɫÊÓƵ students and alumni pursue major national and international awards by providing information and support throughout the competitive application process.
  • The Boren Fellowship is a competitive award designed to fund graduate students’ study and/or research abroad for a duration of 3 to 12 months in various countries. Recipients of the Boren Fellowship are required to pursue a course of study or research project that includes a substantial component of language study. The objective of the award is to train Americans in languages that are not commonly spoken in the United States. Following the fellowship, Boren Fellows commit to spending a year working within a U.S. government agency, thereby offering an excellent start to their careers.

Registrar/Schedule of Courses

While you earn your degree at ʳɫÊÓƵ, you will need to keep track of your grades, possibly request an official transcript, and ensure your personal information is correct. The Office of the Registrar provides information on grades, transcripts and certifications, degrees, diplomas, veteran benefits, immunization requirements, enrollment verification, personal information, and more.
